Reservations can be made through a deposit which can be done through bank deposits, gcash or paypal. Cancellations can be made 15 days prior to stay. The following fees are charged for late cancellations: 14-8 days before scheduled stay: 50%, 7 days before stay: 80% 1 day before or same day 100%.

FOOD & ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES
Rates depend on how many occupants are in the room. Please multiply the overnight rate by the number of nights you wish to stay. Discounts are available for long staying guests of 7 days or more. For the best experience stay at least 3 days & 2 nights or more. Guests have stayed 2 weeks to 3 months. Children ages 1-6 are free of charge, age 7-10 30% off.
Seaview Studio Rooms
The entire front of the room opens up to a full view of the ocean from your bedside. This room has 2 double sized beds (6.2ft x 4.5ft/1.8 x 1.36m), a private terrace, private bath, hot shower. Great for 2 persons or a family or group of 4. This room is available on the 1st and 2nd floor levels. There is an option for Fan or Airconditioned cooling.
Room size: 30 square meters.
PRICING & INCLUSIONS
Price includes 3 meals per night and is on a per person basis. Brewed coffee, tea, purified drinking water, roundtrip 5 minute boat transfers to and from the resort's private parking and pier are included.

Seaview Studio Topdeck Fan Rooms
These are fan cooled room with woodcut designs above the front doors designed to catch the breeze at the top floor. The entire front of the room opens up to a full view of the ocean from your bedside. This room has 1 queen sized bed (6.6ft x 5ft/2m x 1.7m), a private terrace, private bath, hot shower. Great for 2 persons, a single bed can be added for a family or group of 3. This room is available on 4th floor level. Room size: 27 square meters.

Seaview Hillside Rooms
These rooms have 1 double sized bed, a private terrace, private bath, hot shower. Smaller and simpler but very charming and offers the same ocean view. Set on the 3rd floor, it is quiet and separate from the rest of the rooms with its own set of lounge areas nearby. Size: 18 square meters.

FOR CERTIFIED DIVERS
Divemaster in-water supervision and services, tanks, weightbelt, weights, boat services. All divers must present C-card for any level of certification. Rates are limited to a 45-60 minute dive. Add ons are applicable to longer UW photography dives.

6 GUIDED DIVES: 5 boat dives 1 shore dive, AC Twin Accommodation in Seaview Studio Room, 12 meals, roundtrip airport transfers, marine park fees.

SCUBA REVIEW: Ranges from a quick tune up: 3,900 to 5,500 depending on student needs eg. time off diving, experience etc.
Allows you to experience SCUBA DIVING and try it out first before getting into a full course. Unlike other introductory dives, we offer quality training for this course teaching students basic skills, finning and buoyancy control to give them confidence in the water. Sufficient practice in our salt water training pool helps our students enjoy their experience. This course includes knowledge session, 1 confined water training session, 1 open water fun dive and full set of scuba gear.
