TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT: This can be arranged for you upon request. Rates range from 3,800-4,000/van one way trip. Cost to be divided among passengers. VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Take the Tritran Bus or Van shuttle from Buendia cor. Taft headed for Lemery. From Lemery get off at the shuttle station right after Pansipit Bridge. Take a tricycle (P100/2-3USD) from Lemery to Balete Parking where the resort parking lot is located. Tell the driver you are headed for San Luis, BALITE Parking lot for Portulano Resort. If you are bringing your own vehicle, please see the road maps below: MAP VIA TAGAYTAY TO PORTULANO PARKING/Barangay Balete: This route takes about 2 to 2 1/2 hours and the boat ride along the coast to the resort will take only 5 minutes. It's a good alternative if you want to have breakfast or dinner in Tagaytay, or if you want to avoid traffic in Sto. Tomas Batangas approaching STAR tollway Saturday mornings. You can take either Sta. Rosa exit from South Luzon Expressway. An alternative is to exit Buendia to Roxas Boulevard headed for Coastal Road to Aguinaldo Hi-way to get to Tagaytay, it takes only 2 hours if you leave early around 6am. MAP VIA S.T.A.R. TO PORTULANO PARKING/Barangay Balete: This route takes about 2 to 2 1/2 hours and the boat ride along the coast to the resort will take only 5 minutes. It's a good route when returning to Manila from Batangas. Traffic is usually heavier Saturday mornings and lighter during Sunday afternoons. An alternative is to exit through Cuenca, it's shorter but taking the entire STAR tollway strip can be faster, although it is farther. Our boat, marked Portulano Resort will pick you up for your 5 minute transfer to the resort so make sure you advise us when you are en route so we can arrange boat pick up.
